My Journey to Discovering The Healthy lifestyle
Being an Interior Designer, I have to sit for hours together for designing, during which craving for any snaky food items became my habit. Tremendous workload and wrong food habits resulted in increase in my weight. Health issues was a part of hereditary in my life, self realization of the seriousness of those health issues was missing factor in my life. When I noticed the results of my lifestyle habits, my clothes don't fit anymore, or a doctor has warned me to lose a few pounds, I sometimes looked for the easy solution. Tried shakes, crash diets, intermittent fasting for almost five years but results were unsatisfactory. I was totally demotivated, depressed and thought that I will never come out of this situation. I have lost my confidence completely.
You probably know that when you want to lose weight your diet is even more important than your workout. It's very important that what and how much you should eat ?

So first thing, I stopped thinking that it's my short term diet and then go back to my old eating habits. I started looking at it as my permanent lifestyle change than a change in eating habits. I start evaluating my diet and being honest about what's good for me and what isn't. For example , I am a chocolate lover , So I tried to limit my intake to one chocolate a day and replaced my milk chocolate with dark chocolate. And for my sweet cravings I added fruits in my diet. To understand my calorie intake I joined online vegan nutrition course. The course helped me to evaluate my calorie intake during weight management program. It helps me to achieve my goal.
Nutrition is probably the single most important factor in weight loss management and health maintenance.
I started adopting healthy lifestyle. Started healthy food habits. And now here I am with you as "Healthy Food Blogger".
