A traditional and authentic sun-dried mango pulp recipe served as confectionery or condiments. the recipe is very simple and easy to make as it does not contain any complicated ingredients.

Aam Papad Recipe (Tasty Mango dry fruits rolls) is a leathery sweet made from out of ripe mango pulp mixed with jaggery and sun dried.These small bites of mango are sure to be enjoyed by old and young people alike.

Ingredients
3 cups Mango Pulp (Puree)
1/2 cup jaggery (as per sweetness of mangoes)
1/2 teaspoon Ghee , for greasing
1/2 teaspoon Cardamom Powder (Elaichi)
2 tbsp almond and pistachio crumbled
How to make Aam Papad Recipe (Tasty Mango Bars)
Get a few mangoes and extract 3 cups of pulp.
Add the mango pulp, jaggery and cardamom powder in a pan and place it on the gas to boil.
After it comes to boil, cook for 5-8 minutes while you stir continuously, until the pulp thickens and slightly changes its colour.
Grease a plate or tray with ghee, pour the cooked mango mix on the plate and spread it out thinly, garnish with some crumbled almond and pistachio allow them to dry.
Now keep this plate out in the sun to dry. If the sun's heat is strong then the Aam Papad will be dried and ready by evening. Otherwise it can take 2-3 days.
Once they are completely dry. Cut it in strips then again crumble our dry fruits , make a roll.
Serve these sweet and tasty mango rolls. Kids and grownups are sure to love it alike.

Notes:
Firstly, adding jaggery is optional. adjust the sweetener depending on the sweetness of mangoes.
Also, grease the plate else it will be difficult to peel.
Additionally, sun-drying depends on the climate, so more or less time varies.
Finally, aam papad recipe stays good for months when sun-dried properly.
