Soft, chocolaty, and ultra fudgy NO BAKE chocolate oatmeal fudge bars!


My birthday special ........... I am chocolate lover, so I get cravings for a delicious chocolaty treats every time. So I’m always on the lookout for how to make healthier versions to Satisfy my sugar cravings . These Healthy No-Bake Chocolate Oatmeal fudge bar recipe hits the spot every time!


“While I do believe that healthy food can be tasty, in regards to dessert, it’s not always easy to find a dish that checks both boxes. My quest during the past couple months has been to develop tasty, healthy dessert recipes as I’d like to try and reduce the amount of sugar in my diet. Sugar is great once in a while, but not when you’re gouging it day in day out.”

A quick healthier, no bake version of chocolate oatmeal bars with dry apricots, No added

sugar, and your choice of nut butter for added protein, making them great for snacking or dessert!


These bars packed with flavor and healthy ingredients, no cholesterol, no refined sugar, but still chocolaty, rich, a bit fudgy with an amazing texture. These are the combination of healthy ingredients like Oats, nuts, peanut butter ,dark chocolate so it's a instant energy booster for mid time snack.


Oatmeal Fudge Bars

Chewy oatmeal cookie and creamy chocolate come together in these Oatmeal Fudge Bars. So easy to make, and so much better than the Starbucks version!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups (180gm) rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup (95gm) soaked (dried) apricots

  • 3/4 cup (75gm)unsalted almonds

  • 1/4 cup (75gm) walnuts

  • 1/4 cup (20gm) unsweetened shredded coconut

  • 1/4 tsp (2gm) salt

  • 1/2 cup (120gm) creamy peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup (80gm) maple syrup, agave nectar, or honey 2 tbsp

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil (optional)

  • 1 tsp (5gm) vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp (5gm) orange extract

  • 11/2 cup (270gm) dark chocolate

  • ⅓ cup cow milk



Instruction

  • Place the oats, almonds, walnuts, Socked apricots(soak chopped apricots with warm water for 10 minutes),peanut butter, desiccated coconut, vanilla extract , honey ,coconut oil (optional) and salt into the bowl of a food processor.

  • Process until completely combined.

  • Spread the mixture into the prepared baking pan and press with the back of a wet spoon to create a smooth surface.

  • In a medium-sized microwave-safe bowl, add the dark chocolate. Microwave at 30-seconds intervals, or use double boiling, stirring between , until completely melted. Whisk in the cow milk. Mixture should thicken and turn into a smooth ganache.

  • Spread evenly over the mixture in the pan.


Refrigerate for 2 hours to set. Refrigerate or freeze until firm enough to cut squares.

Slice, serve, and enjoy!


Note :

These bars can be stored in an airtight container for 2 weeks in the fridge.
